Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

Due to the intimate and sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect sizing. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as defects, missing items, or receiving an incorrect item, we are committed to resolving these issues promptly and to your satisfaction.

To ensure a smooth resolution, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your product. If you believe your item is defective or damaged, contact us at service@chastitybondage.com with photographs of the issue. We will work closely with you to arrange a suitable solution, whether it be a replacement or a refund.

Lost Packages During Transit:

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during transit, we do not provide refunds. Instead, we will replace the lost order at no additional cost to you. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Lost Packages After Delivery:

If your package is marked as delivered but subsequently lost, it is also ineligible for a refund. 

Cancellations:

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel an order. To cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, which covers expenses such as credit card fees incurred during the purchase process. Refunds for canceled orders typically appear in your account within 1-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Important Note:

We cannot accept returns for used or worn items due to hygiene reasons.
